Template Practice Resources Reminder Postcard This postcard can be mailed as a reminder to parents about the upcoming influenza season and the need to schedule vaccinations for their children – especially if they have asthma.  Due to HIPAA regulations, this postcard is not personalized. The language can be cut and pasted onto a stock-paper postcard or incorporated into a pre-existing mailing and distributed to patients, reminding them about the importance of influenza vaccination.
